Field Trip Reservation Information

Guilford County School Teachers: Below is a form that is required to request a field trip to the Natural Science Center before 9/24/10, and after that time, it will be helpful in scheduling your trip. You can print it off and fax to Terri Cooke at 288-2531, or you can download it, fill it out, and email it back as an attachment to tcooke@natsci.org.

Non-Guilford County Public School Teachers: The scheduling form below is helpful in scheduling your trip to the Natural Science Center. The more information you supply us, the easier it will be to set up your trip.
